And Charles, this is one of the negative things about living in Las Vegas right now. Not more so than living in Brooklyn. I don't know why. The machine. Right. Very expensive here. Yeah. Yeah. We've artificially inflated the cost of housing by not making property available to private developers to private land owners. And so that's something we've got to focus on.
