The other thing is at the WHO international level, which is the level that I sort of got into this fight on, I think that, you know, America is such a powerful voice in the WHO in the UN community, that we should use our power there. The way I got into this was about 2010, 2012, I started going to WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control meetings. And the reason was because I've worked as a taxpayer advocate. (15:46–15:55)
