The WHO made decisions to ban reporters from talking about what was going on in these meetings. Now, the WHO, as we all know, is the UN's health arm. The UN runs World Press Freedom Day, and they require, in order to be a member state of the un, that you've got open records laws, that you've got open meetings laws, that you've got sunshine laws. And so I would make fun of them for banning journalists. And in two different occasions, this happened at two different FCTC cops. They're called Conference of the Parties. (1:53:58–1:54:13)
