And I would tell you that it's not just affecting our, our Students. It's also affecting our teachers because we don't have the necessary nurses, the psychologists and counselors. Teachers have become everything to our students. They are the counselor, they are the psychiatrist, they are the social worker. In some cases they become a garner.
