So I used to serve on the State Sentencing Commission in Pennsylvania, and we were able to really, you know, move mountains with data. And I feel like this is an area where there We don't have as much data as I would like to see, in particular on the success rate of individuals that are hired. And I think that that would be helpful if there was some initiative or some federal program that assisted with that, because then when we went to employers, you know, we could say, listen, you know, the turnover rate is much lower for these individuals.
