And then throughout my career as a prosecutor, because I was a district attorney before I became the Attorney General, we started implementing initiatives to get this done. I mean, 95% of everyone that goes to prison is coming back out. And so as a society, what do we want to have happen? And so we immediately, I started working with our local chamber, with the manufacturers association, anyone I could find that would be willing to hire someone when they came out of prison.
