I'm sure you want to chime in, but very simply, you know, everybody, be it a county, be it a state, people have different levels of expertise on these issues. And The purpose of [the Workforce Reentry Act] is to provide the technical support, to provide the funding, and put everyone sort of in an even place to be able to start enacting these initiatives. And so that's why I'm so supportive of this. And, and my hope is that that bill gets passed. I think it's sitting in limbo land right now. (23:26–23:38)
