Now, yesterday, Milwaukee's mayor, we reported on this. We and Wisconsin Right now, our great friends at Wisconsin Right now were all over this story right when it happened. Milwaukee's Mayor Cavalier Johnson tweeted and then very quickly deleted a tweet saying, well, this whole incident, including the death of the suspect was a tragedy. It wasn't. What was a tragedy though was the fact that it looks like his life could have been saved and a police officer could have been spared a whole lot of physical and emotional pain and a lengthy, lengthy recovery.
