On day one we want the business community to know that Philadelphia is officially open for business. We are open for business here in the City of Philadelphia. This is also something that we're going to do. We're going to eliminate the college degree requirements for many city of Philadelphia jobs. so that people with real live life experiences that they can lend their expertise toward making our city better and open up the door for those good paying job opportunities.
