The final issue that I want to talk to you are about something that I mentioned that I wasn't sure a lot of people understood. I like things to be organized and I have never seen here in the city of Philadelphia, an organized structure that allowed the administration to work directly with the business community, the faith based community and the intergovernmental community. We will be establishing three roundtables and these three roundtables will each have working groups, subject matter experts, for example, growth in life sciences in biotech, institutions of higher learning, our chambers of of commerces, workforce development training programs.
