We've done that. We've started to do that already here in the City of Philadelphia for a solid employment opportunities. But we must do that across the board. We can follow in the footsteps of Maryland along with our great commonwealth and our Governor Josh Shapiro. But we want to make sure that we remove any barriers to access to opportunities that don't allow our people to be put on a path to self sufficiency. (50:23–50:32)
