When new businesses are coming into Beaver county, which they are, then the county has the tax base to invest in infrastructure. that encourages new housing. So I think we can address a lot of the problems in the smaller communities by making sure that we're investing in getting businesses to locate there and create jobs. (31:30–31:40)
