There's no state that benefits from that as much as Utah does. I hear from parents how much they appreciate that. And we have to keep going. We passed 12 individual appropriations bills last year. That's where we cut the discretionary spending. We also cut mandatory spending last year through the reconciliation package, through the rescissions.
