We have to make sure that the rural towns, rural counties are not being left out of the economic growth that they happening in Utah. And to that end, I have worked with the elected officials in [rural] areas to make sure that we are investing in water infrastructure, in road infrastructure. making sure that these rural communities that don't have the tax base, largely because they're surrounded by federal land, have the ability to keep up with the infrastructure needs that make it so that people can live there.
