We're talking about something that is I regard as a human right. It's not tree hugging for the sake of loving snail darters or some other little animal out there. It's a human value to get up in the morning, to breathe fresh, clean air, to be able to go swimming at the beaches without worrying about E. Coli contamination. It's about the ability to live a full, happy human life with a clean environment. I really hope that we can get both parties working towards that. (15:23–15:33)
