Congress does have a duty to legislate in this area and make sure that those [semi-automatic weapons] are not sold in interstate commerce. And when it comes to abortion, you know, here in Michigan we have proposal three, it's on the ballot here. But also Congress has voted on this issue as well. (10:39–10:47)
