The challenge, of course, is enforcing that. And so my solution says let's just put a blanket ban on members of Congress from trading individual shares of stock while they're serving in Congress. The bill works. I was glad to see it passed with strong bipartisan support yesterday in the House. But the broader Clarity act is really a regulatory framework. But maybe, maybe it hits a similar point of let's just have rules of the road that work, that we can enforce, that we can show people how to do it right. (11:49–11:56)
