I agree with you. Mayor had a good commissioner the first time in Kishan Sewell. She left because he would not let her hold people accountable in the top brass. Since Tish has been police commissioner, crime is coming down every month. Last month was the first time ever that the NYPD did not dismiss any of the Civilian Complaint Review Board disciplinary recommendations. So she's showing you can have safety and accountability.
