So I do think this gets back to we can have both accountability and safety. I'm a big believer in community violence, interruption in those drug treatment courts and mental health courts in connecting people. My number one commitment in this campaign is to end street homelessness for people with serious mental illness. And no amount of policing will do that. You have to connect them to housing and support services. So I've laid out a plan. It's called Housing First. (20:12–20:19)
