We don't have a way, now that the 59 have been released, to get them back into our court system. It takes too long to get the warrants issued. We probably would lose those 59 people. Or number two, We could just go ahead and appeal what we believe to be an erroneous order on the judge's part and take these 59 cases up with the other, the bulk of the cases that we are appealing. I want to emphasize why we think it's an erroneous order. Number one, we think that the clerk's order is appropriate. There's nothing wrong with the clerk's order or the judge's order transferring the cases. (03:37–03:50)
