At the DA's office, if you make it really, really hard to get that DWI conviction, they'll just give up. Well, certainly we never want to send that message, but DWI is just a class B misdemeanor. Riot is just a class B, at least the way we indicted it. For these people, it's just a class B misdemeanor. Make it really, really hard and they'll give up. Never. Never. Justice is justice and we fight hard in our courts every day to seek justice. (14:28–14:36)
