There were two sets of records. We're waiting for the second record from the court reporter to review that, to make a final decision for the 82. Those are still pending. We anticipate the judge to grant the plea to the jurisdiction, much as he did on the first 59. Once we have a final ruling from the court on those 82 cases, then we anticipate proceeding with an appeal on those. (06:24–06:30)
