Because this isn't the first time that these migrant cases have been dismissed in the past few months. Well, I want to change that narrative a little. It's not migrant cases because these are riot cases. It has absolutely zero to do with an individual's immigration status. This is to do with people who have broken the law of the state of Texas in damaging property and destroying property and endangering lives. I have zero concern regarding a person's immigration status. (09:32–09:41)
