I think again, this is where we need, not just as a legislature but as a state to talk about, okay, we need housing for people. We've got some of the oldest housing stock in the country. And outside of Chittenden county, not very much as going up. Housing prices are high. And so how do we do that? We are building affordable housing, but how do we help? (29:49–29:53)
