I think again, this is where we need, not just as a legislature but as a state to talk about, okay, we need housing for people. We've got some of the oldest housing stock in the country. And Outside of Chittenden county, not very much [housing] is going up. Housing prices are high. And so how do we do that? We are building affordable housing, but how do we help?
