Is there anything that government can do to ease the regulation a tad or to. I think it's trying to find out what regulations to ease. We have done downtowns, we have done neighborhoods contiguous to downtowns and given them some break from the regulations. You know, I think we need to continue to do that. I think one of the things we could do, and my experience comes with trying to site a water filtration plant in a neighboring town. (30:21–30:36)
