When initially there wasn't enough money put in by the General assembly in the budget, we still got a temporary facility open and now we're moving forward with this step. Through this partnership, 37 officers have already graduated from basic training in Madisonville. My hope is that the remaining dollars that are needed will come through the next session of the General Assembly. That the General assembly realizes just how important this is. (29:42–29:47)
