So before this project, the kitchen was able to serve 500 seniors a month. Now it's serving around 1,000. So they have doubled in capacity on average each month. This newly expanded kitchen makes about 10,000 meals. Some of those are home deliveries, allowing our aging Kentuckians to live in their own home and still get care. Other meals are served at senior centers and these Kentuckians can eat and enjoy, socialize, maybe play some bingo. (44:03–44:08)
