Maximize people back in offices and slow and even reverse the exodus. I don't believe anyone really wants to live in Florida five days, six days, then they want back. Public safety is still job one. I would hire 5000 police officers, post 1500 in the subways. That would bring the force back to where it was under Mayor Dinkins and Giuliani. Make New Yorkers feel safe. That's job one.
