The Mario Cuomo Bridge, the new terminals at Kennedy, they are inspirational and they suggest, yes, maybe New York does have a future. I believe the Interborough Express deserves serious consideration. I believe the MTA 5 billion dollar capital plan for the New York City Transit Authority poses great potential if if we find a way to manage those capital projects. (1:30:35–1:30:39)
