We, you know, DWD did a lot of research, you know, heading to the budget and when they first came on board in 2019 about how do we get to system modernization and looked at what a lot of other states have done and It's, you know, a three to five to seven year process to really even just get all of those systems up and running. There's the RFP and then there's the customization and just the training. I mean, it's an ordeal. But what we would be able to do is really focus on the benefits system first. (14:42–14:51)
