Then it became more of a crisis management peace making organization in Afghanistan, in Kosovo and elsewhere. And. And then After Russia attacked Ukraine, [NATO] was rejuvenated again. So we're in NATO 3.0. I think the basic idea of a strong defense, a deterrence based on conventional forces, on missiles and on nukes, is still there.
