I was the co author of the Bipartisan Infrastructure act in 2014 with Jerry Brown. I was the co-author of the Water Bond in 2014. Water is an incredibly important issue, not a sexy issue in most of parts of the state. But here where I live, the agricultural economy is really the be all, end all. (08:50–08:55)
