We built a medical school program at UC Merced, which is the latest university of California campus here in the San Joaquin Valley, something I'm very proud of and spent most of the ten years doing. I was the co-author of the Bipartisan Infrastructure act in 2014 with Jerry Brown. I was the co author of the Water Bond in 2014. Water is an incredibly important issue, not a sexy issue in most of parts of the state. (08:45–08:51)
