Adam, how do you rate the job the air district's doing and would you do anything differently? Well, I think we've got to continue to do things differently. I don't think, I'm not going to lay the entire blame of air quality at the doorstep of the board, but we can't both have a reduction in particulate matter, continue to drive every kind of polluting vehicle. We also shouldn't shut down agriculture. The drought plays a role, our lack of investment in water infrastructure. And so we're right back to where we started. (58:28–58:45)
