As governor, I would push for reforms that eliminate those disparities and raise income thresholds so people can work without immediately losing their benefits. My goal as governor would be to increase those thresholds by at least 20%. Well, also expanding access to job training and technology because people who are blind shouldn't be forced to choose between financial stability and independence.
