First offense, drunk and driving, should it be a crime? No, I do not believe it should be a crime. I again have 30 years law enforcement experience, 25 of those as a traffic investigator. We have one of the toughest stands on drunk driving in the 50 states here in Wisconsin. And this is kind of one of those situations that some of these states put it out there that, okay, this is going to be a crime. (10:35–10:41)
