When we do this on a civil forfeiture, the municipality courts generally deal with them. And they do an excellent job. We have a very, very low rate of recidivism here on those people that are charged [with first offense drunk driving]. So my thing would be to deal with more alcohol education and the ability to get somebody into a program locally. I think that makes more sense. (12:08–12:13)
