Well, I would say this, that from what I've heard and from what he's been saying out there, it's. He's on the opposite of just about everything that I am. I supported Act 10 because it was the right thing to do. He does not support Act 10. He thinks that it would have been okay to just continue with, I guess, a 3.5 billion and growing budget.
