That's great news for Wisconsin's working families, but we have to do more to lower the out of caught out of pocket costs. Working families are paying for child care every day. A 2023 report showed child care costs in Wisconsin can consume 18 to 36% of a family's household income. Those parents are under 25 and have two kids in child care. It's closer to 70%. (42:03–42:14)
