You've got to get information into young people about the importance of becoming a doctor and a nurse and how important healthcare is and how they can make a really good living, but they can make a difference, they can make a change. We're not educating the young people of our society enough to go into all of the healthcare fields. And they're all lacking as far as individuals. And so it's wide open.
