So when you register to vote, you got to prove that you're a citizen of the United States in order to vote. It also requires the states to clean up their voter rolls. We've seen a number of states and including some conservative states like Tennessee and Ohio, but Arizona, there's been a bunch of states that when they've checked their voter rolls, they've had a lot of non-citizens in the thousands in some cases that are on their voter rolls. And so this would also, besides showing proof of citizenship when you register to vote, it would require the states to clean up their roles. (07:59–08:20)
