I mean, he was doing that in defiance of the Alien Enemies act that was put in Place in 1798, which allows the president unfettered authority to protect the homeland. That was reinforced in 1948 by Federal Supreme Court ruling saying that this is non justiciable, meaning that the judiciary does not review this because it's the executive branch's responsibility to protect, to protect the homeland. And so yet this judge stepped in and he said, I'm going to stop you from being able to do this. Now. He got smacked down by the Supreme Court this week. (09:46–10:05)
