I mean, a lot of our counties in the seventh congressional district, these are a lot of small counties, 15,000 people in an entire county type of thing. … Act 10 required public employees to pay a minimum of 12% for their health insurance. … So that goes away. If this, if ACTAM goes away. That would be one example. I also, I was talking to Senator Quinn this week and he commented that, like Barron county, they're really concerned that this could lead to a budget deficit. (15:28–15:42)
