The Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management need to do the same thing, especially in the western states where we've seen these massive wildfires over the last 10 years. I view the Rubicon year as being 1988. That was the watershed year when we adopted a more preservationist mentality here in America in regards to our national forest rather than management and what happened as a result of it.
