This has been pretty extraordinary week in Congress and most of it frankly very, very good. This week we were able to pass through both houses of Congress, or actually through just the House. We passed last week through the Senate a collection of appropriations bills that finished funding the government in all but one specific area. We'll talk about that in a minute.
