And I know that was difficult for them to do in some cases. The remaining area that remains to be funded is Homeland Security. That's pretty important. It's not a huge part of the budget. It's about 5% of all federal spending. But it covers some pretty important areas, some of which are already taken care of. I know there's been a lot of controversy around Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, as it's called. (04:30–04:34)
