Water systems, roads and airports particular, have done especially well in this bill. I particularly also want to commend that we work very closely with our entire delegation on this, but especially Stephanie Vice, who's my fellow appropriator and was just terrific in this, especially Mark Wayne Mullen, who serves on the Appropriations Committee in the Senate.
