We had more than 10 or some estimates of 15 million or more illegal immigrants coming into the country completely unchecked by our federal government. They were taking people in and immediately releasing them back out into the interior of the country. People that were on the terror watch list, people that were convicted of violent and dangerous crimes in their home countries [were released into the interior of the country]. And then sadly, we saw instances of people that were then preying on Americans after they came into the country and were here illegally. To me, I have three standards for immigration policy.
