But definitely Waupun and Green Bay need to be replaced. Green Bay is terrible. You're talking Wild west type prison, just like Tony said, the old movies, and it's overcrowded and there's some issues. But The vacancy rates have come way down as far as staffing. and we really increased wages a lot in the last couple budgets. And so that helped tremendously because they weren't making what they should have and they were working so many hours of overtime and they were burning themselves out. (26:40–26:45)
